Kristina is a licensed nurse practitioner specializing in anti-aging, regenerative and functional medicine. She uses an integrative, evidence-based multifaceted approach (physical, psychosocial, genetic, environmental, diagnostic and alternative testing) to identify the root causes of chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and treatment.

She has also been featured and published in multiple health magazines, as well as evidence based journals regarding her expertise in psychiatry and hormonal imbalance.
She has experience and formal training in traditional Chinese acupuncture and personal training.
